I was having a browse around Primark the other day and stumbled across this little treasure.
It's a spray that claims to dry your nail polish and form a glossy finish. I was VERY skeptical about whether this would actually work!
It is to be applied straight after you have applied your nail polish. It needs to be sprayed about 12 inches away from the nails and left to dry for roughly 60 seconds before you can touch your nails.
I have to say, this product REALLY does work, it instantly forms a protective layer on the wet nail polish that stops it from smudging. However, this does only work for nail polish that is applied thinly. If you apply it too thick it will still smudge!
I do have to say it is quite pricey costing a whopping 80p!
It's defiantly something I will be re-purchasing and I think I'm going to start trying out more of their own branded products.

Make up revolution Ultra Sculpt & Contour Kit
Since receiving my first Make up revolution palette a while ago I have been tempted to try more of their products.
I came across their Ultra Sculpt & Contour Kit. This is a handbag sized version which I'm a sucker for as it saves space in my makeup bag.
There are two different shades of this palette for different skin tones. Ultra Fair C01 and Light-Medium C04. The one I am reviewing is the Ultra Fair C01.
The bronzer is completely matte and very light which is perfect for me. The highlighter is a light peachy colour with a hint of shimmer. The blush, is a pinky/peachy colour with a touch of gold shimmer which I'm in love with. The only issue I found with it was a lot of the product comes off on the brush, but it's only a small issue as a whole the product is amazing!
It cost £3.50 from the make up revolution site which you can go to by clicking here.
I highly recommend this product and I will defiantly be buying more of their products.

I'm Moving!!!
Sorry for the lack of posts....I've been working away for a month non-stop and now I am in the process of moving!
I've lived in London for 22 years (my whole life) and now me,my parents and the dog are upping and leaving to Kent (UK) this Saturday...
I will make a promise once I am all moved in and have internet up and running that i'll go back to weekly blog posts as I've missed it, but just not had the time sadly.
My first one back will either be a new room tour OR something else haven't quite decided yet.
Looking forward to getting back into it
See you all soon! xxx

My travel essentials!
As I said in my Snow post, I work away a lot up North in Chesterfield (UK) (I'm currently here as I'm typing this!) & like most people I absolutely HATE packing and trying to fit everything in without over packing!
Below is a list of my travel essentials that I do not leave London without!
My Ipad Mini this is to keep me occupied in the evenings whilst I'm chilling in the hotel
Eye cream! I do not sleep when I'm away so this is a biggy for me to ensure I have packed otherwise I look like a walking Zombie!
Below is a list of my travel essentials that I do not leave London without!
My Ipad Mini this is to keep me occupied in the evenings whilst I'm chilling in the hotel
Miniature toiletries (this is not all i take but just an example!), The only problem I find is that these work out more expensive than full size products but are so handy for saving space in the suit case.
My Alpha H Liquid Gold and my Nivea Cleanser and Cotton Wool pads. These are things that I would be gutted if I left behind!
Dry Shampoo! This is a life saver wherever you are but even more so when I am working away and some days just do not have time to wash my hair!
I keep the makeup minimal purely to save on space when packing! But I will always pack a concealer, Bronzer and Mascara
Lastly my Johnson Face Wipes and Perfume. I cannot go without my perfume and I always take my wipes to work with me...you never know what will happen!
So, they are my essentials that I have to make sure I pack when I'm working away. What are your'e go to products if you ever have to work away or even when you go abroad?

Workout outfit
I do all of my excercise at home as I have a bit of fear of the gym! So this is what I wear to work out.
I bought this sports bra from Primark, if you head over to TheVictoriaJay on YouTube you can see more about it as we did a Primark haul together! I think it cost me £6 and it's the first proper sports bra I've bought and I love it. It's so comfortable and does what it's meant to do. They come up in bra sizes which makes it alot more accurate rather than small, medium and large.
Next up, these Nike shorts, they kind of resemble cycling shorts as they are very tight but I'm glad I bought these I got them from the Nike shop at the Lakeside outlet and they cost me £14 which I think is very reasonable.
Can you tell my favourite colour is pink?....I'm not one for spending lots of money on trainers so I got these at a shop call B&M Bargains and they cost me a huge £9.99....they are super comfy and supportive considering the price.
So that's my workout outfit it's very minimal but it keeps me cool and comfortable.
What are your go to workout items?

Bourjois Paris Dissolvant
I hate using cottonwool when removing nail varnish as most of the time I find it sticks to my nail then half way through painting them I see bits of it sticking up everywhere!
To use this all you do is dip each finger into the sponge, twist for about 5 seconds (may need to be longer depending on how many coats you have on) and remove and like magic your nail varnish is gone.
On the bottle it claims to smell like red fruits and vanilla but honestly it just smells like nail varnish remover to me....
This product cost £4.99 and I got it from Waitrose...places like Boots also sell it. I'm never going to go back to using cottonwool. This product is just so quick and easy to use and I love it!

Liverpool - A week in outfits! Collab with Victoria Jay on YouTube.
I recently spent the week in Liverpool with my sister-in law, my mum, my dad and my brother as a surprise trip for my mums 50th birthday!
My sister-in law had an idea to do a week in outfits collaboration, click here to watch her week in outfits video.
For the first day I was there I wore my Boohoo high waisted jeans, my Boohoo Alison Stripe Crop Turtle Neck Jumper, My Boohoo Megan Chelsea Boots, My Leather Jacket paired with my tartan scarf and black bag from River island.
In the evening I wore my Topshop shirt with my gorgeous make a statement necklace. Paired that with a plain black pair of leggins and a baby blue clutch bag from Primark.
I forgot to take pictures of my evening wear as I just passed out in bed when I got back to the hotel!
It got a lot colder as the week went on so I turnt to my trusty Miss Selfridge Parker jacket which I have had for about 2 years now! and my tartan scarf to keep me more warm and toasty.
In the evening I just opted for a vest from River island as we were spending the evening in the Cavern Club and if you've ever been you know it gets very warm in there! Wore that with my black leggins and my leather jacket
I had such fun doing this type of blog so let me know if its something you would like to see more of.

Review | Coco White Teeth Whitening
I have been after a good teeth whitening product for a while now but never successfully found one...until now!
I saw the Coco White Teeth Whitening being advertised on Instagram, after reading some amazing reviews I thought id give it a go you can buy it from here. It took me two weeks to be able to purchase it as it is always out of stock and they always go back in stock either at 1pm or 8pm GMT time.
They come in different flavours either Light Lemon, Vanilla Swirl, Minty Fresh (which is the one I bought) or all three.
It costs £19.99 (without delivery) and you get 14 sachets. In each sachets is liquidised Coconut mixed with what ever flavour you have selected. Each night you squirt the oil into your mouth and swish it around for 5-15 minutes...I always did it when I was in the shower as I found the time went a lot quicker! So how it works is, it's a form of oil pulling, so the oil from the coconut basically dissolves any plaque build up and draws it out making your teeth look whiter.
This picture here is before I started the treatment
And this is after 14 days of using it (sorry for the horrific pic)
The picture doesn't show up too well but there is a massive difference in colour in real life and I am so happy with it!
Although I love the end result, I will not be re-purchasing it, instead I'm going to go to Holland and Barrett and buy a jar of coconut oil as it will be a lot cheaper and will do the exact same thing apart from it will taste a bit different!
But if you are looking for a teeth whitening product that actually works and lasts I 100% recommend this!

Haul | Missguided, Boohoo & Make A Statement
As I've been poorly this week I thought I would cheer myself up by doing some online shopping because that's always a cure.
First up, Missguided. Since my last haul I have developed a love for crop tops. I bought the Miliana Baby Pink Crop Top, it's a ribbed material and has a wide neck hole and is perfect for the weather we are having in the UK at the minute and cost £15.
Also from Missguided I bought the Ribbed Roll Neck Bodycon Midi Dress in grey, as it says in the title its a roll neck Bodycon dress, when I buy body cons I always get them a size up so they are not too tight but I love this dress and it looks lovely with a statement necklace and either sandals or a nice pair of heels and it cost me £20.
Now on to Boohoo, I bought the Avah High Rise Disco Jeans, I have a love hate relationship with jeans as I am quite a funny size as I have a small waist and a large bottom so a size 10 is too small around my bum and a 12 is too big around my waist...these however are a perfect fit. They are a size 12 in the colour black and the waist actually has some stretch to it which is always handy. They cost me £25 which I think is very reasonable considering the ones I was looking at from Topshop were £45...
Jewellery time! my cousion has set up her own business called Make a Statement you can visit this site by either searching on facebook or Instagram. I bought this necklace called Fan Fayre and I LOVE it! All of the necklaces on her site are just beautiful and soon I think I'm going to end up buying one of everything. The necklace cost me £14 and is very heavy and sturdy so it's not going to break anytime soon.
Make sure you head over to Make a Statement and check out the wonderful items.

B. Vitalised Eye Cream Review
I am one of these people that is constantly tired regardless of how much sleep I get. I needed something to apply of a morning to make my eyes look more awake and with it!
I bought the B. Vitalised Eye Cream from Superdrug costing me £5.48 (it's normally £10.99 but superdrug have an offer on at the minute). This product claims to "helps to refresh tired looking eyes by firming and smoothing the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles" and I can definitely say it's does just that.
I've got the skin phase 2, which is meant for people in their late 30's early 40's..I've only just realised that..oh well still does the job.
You apply it each morning and night and as soon as you've applied it you can instantly see a glow.
I don't have a bad word to say about this product and I would happily pay the £10.99 for it and recommend it to anyone who has the same issue!
Let me know what your favourite eye creams are :)

Haul | Boohoo
As I desperately needed a new pair of boots I thought I would head over to Boohoo to see what they had in store...and ended up buying more than what I was looking for..as you do!
I love the boohoo website a) because I get student discount..always an added bonus, b) the quality and range of the clothing is fairly high considering its an inexpensive website and c) they are always doing some form of cheap delivery when I ordered the above I got free next day delivery.
The first item I bought was the Megan Chelsea Boots they cost £20 down from £22, they are super comfy and I find they go with every outfit and most of the time I wear them on a night out if I'm not up to putting my self through the pain of wearing heels.
For a cheap £8 I bought a pair of the Martina High Waisted Disco Stretch Leggins I've been putting off buying a pair of disco leggins because most of the ones I have come across the sizes are just ridiculous and are either too big or too small!
As the name suggests they are stretch leggins so I bought a size 10 (I'm normally a size 12 bottom) and they are super soft and SO comfortable. I love them that much I bought another black pair, a wine coloured pair and a pair for my mum.

I then had to buy a new top to go with my leggins because that's just the rule isn't it?, So I purchased the Alison Stripe Crop Turtle Neck Jumper which again cost me a great £8. I'm not usually a fan of crop tops as I very much dislike my tummy being on show, but due to the high waisted leggins I thought why not and I love it!
The top is a jersey material so it has some stretch to it, the only bad thing I have to say about it is, the neck hole is very small ( I felt a bit like Phoebe from friends when putting it on..hope you get that reference)I love the boohoo website a) because I get student discount..always an added bonus, b) the quality and range of the clothing is fairly high considering its an inexpensive website and c) they are always doing some form of cheap delivery when I ordered the above I got free next day delivery.
Here is a picture of everything together (I do apologise for the crappy picture quality, I will get better I promise!)

My everyday makeup
Before I get started on this blog post I have to admit something....although the title says my everyday makeup, I don't actually wear makeup on a daily basis...or weekly if I'm being 100% honest (purely because I'm too lazy and would rather have an extra 30 minutes in bed) but when I do this is what I use :)
To start I use my Stila One Step Correct primer, and as you can see Its nearly empty :(
I then move onto concealer. For this I use the Collection Lasting Perfection concealer in the shade fair and I use that all over my face using either using the real techniques beauty blender or their expert face brush, I don't tend to use foundation for daytime makeup as I feel its too heavy on my skin (anyone else who uses this get annoyed with the fact all of the writing comes off onto your hands?)
Next up, bronzer, I use the HOOLA bronzer from Benefit, I put this all over my face using the real techniques powder brush to give my skin a hint of colour.
Blusher time, as stated in my very first blog post I'm in LOVE with the Makeup Revolution Ultra Blush Palette- Sugar and Spice, from the palette I use the shimmery pink with a small dab of the highlight above it, to do this I use the real techniques blusher brush
For my mascara I use the benefit 'They're real' as I feel this gives the best lift and extension for my lashes.
And lastly, lips I just use my Elizabeth Arden 8 hour lip balm just for moisture, I cannot get enough of this lip balm...again it's another one I urgently need to replace!!

Split Back Duster Jacket | Topshop
I stumbled across this last week whilst shopping in Topshop, I have been wanting a duster jacket for a while but all the ones I came across were too stiff and rigid no matter where I looked whereas this jacket is super soft.
The thing that made me fall in love with it is the split back, it gives the jacket a unique look which you don't often see.
The only thing is, It's not thick material, it's more of a summers night jacket, so for the winter months I'd definitely wear it layers to keep you warm.
If you're looking for a nice stylish duster jacket then this is for you it's costs £79 which is a bit pricey but you definitely get what you pay for as the quality and material are just amazing.

Lush Haul
Now, before you read this be prepared to see a few posts about the Lush Cosmetics range as I am a bit obsessed with it and have been for the last year or two!
When ever I get an opportunity to go into a Lush shop I will, as soon as you walk in the smell is like heaven!
I was lucky enough to get a bundle of stuff for Christmas last year (feels weird to say that seeing as it wasn't that long ago!) and managed to bag alot of stuff in their January sale.
I have a mixture of bath bombs, bath melts and massage bars and I love them all. Nothing beats a nice hot bath on a cold evening with a nice bath bomb or melt to make your skin feel silky smooth and freshly moisturized.
All of the Lush products are vegan friendly meaning they haven't been tested on animals.
Creamy candy bubble bar, Butterbear bath bomb, Melting snowman bath melt

Snow!
As I'm typing this I am currently sat in my hotel room in Chesterfield (UK) as I work away a lot here....upon arriving at my office this morning we had a heavy burst of snow, resulting in people abandoning their cars, the city being gridlocked with traffic and everyone leaving to try and get home before it hits us hard!
I live in London and I'm due to come home tomorrow morning by train...I'm hoping this fluffy rain doesn't stop that from happening!
Anyway, I thought id share a couple of photos I took as Chesterfield is a beautiful place anyway but covered in snow its looks even nicer :)

MAC Retro Matte Lipstick | All Fired Up
I luckily received this beautiful lipstick as a Christmas/birthday gift from my sister-in law (who has a beauty youtube channel, which you can go and subscribe to by clicking here) and before I even tried it on I fell in love with it.
It's very hot red as I think you can tell from the name of it 'All Fired Up' and I can't wait to wear this on a night out (as currently I'm just wearing it around the house) It will definitely Jazz up any outfit.
Now if you do go into the Mac shop and have a look at this lipstick (this is going to sound weird) but unwind it and give it a sniff you won't regret it! It smells like vanilla mixed with chocolate and every time I wear it I just want to eat it.
This is the first Mac lipstick I've ever used so please feel free recommend any others that you love from the Mac range below :)

Liquid Gold by Alpha H
I bought this product after watching Zoella (as i'm sure many of you will know is a beauty You-tuber) review a product called Good Genes by Sunday Riley, this product claims to, and I quote, 'Un-do the damage caused by sunlight, acne, pollution & less-than-healthy lifestyle choices'.
After reading many good reviews about the Sunday Riley Good Genes product I pondered for ages about getting it, but the price tag of £85 majorly put me off.
So, I done some re-search to see if I could find a cheaper 'dupe' and stumbled across Model Recommends blog, who suggested the Liquid Gold by Alpha H as a cheaper alternative.
How you apply the product is every other night apply a layer to a cleansed face and neck and leave on overnight.
You can buy both products from Cult Beauty website, the Liquid Gold costs £27.92 but this is without P&P and tax they add on so in total I paid £37.45 which to me is much more reasonable.
I would highly recommend this product, as soon as you put it on you can instantly see a difference as your face has an instant glow to it. However, I would do an allergy test on this as if you have sensitive skin it may be a bit to harsh for you.
Seeing as you only apply this every other night this product does last a while, once mine is empty I will be re-purchasing it!

Beauty Review | Makeup Revolution Ultra Blush Palette- Sugar and Spice
I received this palette as a Christmas gift and I have to say I absolutely ADORE it. It's the first blush palette I've ever used as I normally just buy individual blushers, but it's safe to say I will be re-purchasing this 100%
The palette contains a huge mirror (which is very handy), 8 different shades varying from peachy pinks, to warm pinky browns, highlighters and includes a mixture of matte and shimmery finish powders.
If you like to heavily contour I wouldn't recommend this palette for the contour as the colours have a pink undertone, but I think they will work wonders if you've just got back from holiday and just want to give your face the lightly bronzed look.
All of the blushers I cannot fault, some give you that look as if you just been out in the cold which is good for winter months like the shimmery pinks and others, give you the sun kissed look.
I'm amazed it only cost £6 which you can purchase here and I definitely think its worth every penny. I'm looking forward to trying more items from the Makeup Revolution range if this is anything to go by.
If anyone can recommend any other blush/contour palettes leave them in the comments and i'll be more than interested to have a look :)
